In the late ’90s, after thriving careers dancing alongside artists like the Backstreet Boys, Will Smith, Madonna, Shanice, Aaliyah, and Missy Elliott, Tymme and Aury experienced a life-changing encounter with Jesus. What started on some of the world’s biggest stages grew into a deeper calling marked by surrender and a passion to see God move powerfully through the arts.

With a desire to restore dance as an expression of worship, they founded Word In Motion Dance Company, creating spaces for genuine encounters with God—including The Word In Motion Dance Festival—where they discipled thousands of dancers for Christ. Their journey later led them to serve as lead pastors of Life 150 Church and Connect L.A. Ministries. Today, they continue discipling artists through their new podcast, Dancing with God, sharing extraordinary testimonies and behind-the-scenes moments of what God has done—and continues to do—through dance.

Noé Rios (JBAD) *

Noé Rios, also known as JBAD, began dancing and training at the age of 7. It was then that he knew dance was going to play a huge role in his life. Born in Zacatecas, Mexico, Noé was enriched in Latin culture and thoroughly enjoyed the movement that Latin dance had to offer. As a young child, he started to explore other styles of dance, including breaking and fundamental hip-hop.

When Noé moved to California at 13 years old, he was introduced to a new style of dance called Krump. His passion quickly grew as he consistently trained with his dance crew, The Bad Newz Fam. He has been dancing with this crew for over 20 years and they are known for their tag teams around the world.

Noé has worked with many artists in the industry, including Ne-Yo, Rita Ora, Cassidy, Comfort Fedoke, ChocQuib Town, Tru-Ace, and Excel Beats, just to name a few. While currently teaching Krump at Millennium Dance Complex in Los Angeles, Noé finds deep joy in introducing his students to the culture and structure that Krump and Hip Hop have to offer.

Noé especially has a heart for kids and hopes to see the next generation grow in their identity through dance. As he continues teaching, he plans to keep Krump and Hip Hop culture alive by carrying its true essence everywhere he goes.
